Christmas Came Early!

Santa made it to 1712, and delivered many good times and great presents.

Here is how the day started ... I think most of us wished that we had a few extra hours for a nap.


After a game of euchre (Corey and I were slaughtered by Dad and Mike), things started to pick up. I think Mike and Dad won because Riley was helping out.

A gift card exchange and a yummy dinner later, we all opened Santa's presents. S.C promised a "light" Christmas but delivered way too many gifts!

Corey should look into a career in modeling!

Time to finish packing for Georgia ... and it's time for a good night of sleep to recover from the fun start to the Christmas season. Thanks to everyone for a WONDERFUL Christmas!

It was such a fun night - and the slight headache I have now keeps reminding me of all of the fun had! All good parties end with a trip to Taco Bell ...

Today is Christmas for the Trueblood's and the White's! We still have to do some shopping before the festivities.

Christmas Wedding Part 1

Another fun way to start the Christmas season - a wedding! Katie Petry and Nathan Rich got married today. It was a really nice, and long, catholic wedding that started at 2PM. We are waiting to head to the reception which doesn't start until 5:30PM.

Christmas Heartache

Today is a very sad day during my Christmas vacation - taking Louie to camp (aka the kennel).

He has plenty of Christmas goodies packed to take with him and we are letting him take his bed ... he will probably eat it or pee all over it, but at least we know he has it and he will be a bit more comfortable. Cousin Riley will join him on Christmas Eve! They better be good boys or Santa won't come!

Even though Louie couldn't enjoy sushi, we didn't leave him out. He got to welcome Christmas time with some good treats hidden in his ball.
